One section of the Tbilisi car market- people drive their cars to a huge open area outside of the city and sit in them all day while potential buyers (us!) walk around, ask the price, inspect and then maybe buy. Paperwork is minimal here- they have no DVLA equivalent and few people have car insurance... all new and interesting!
