Hello all! Another year older! And thanks for all the birthday wishes!
So far, the war is being survived and despite a brief moment of "OMG we have to leave 'cos Dima will be forcible conscripted / the Russians will bomb Tbilisi / we'll be trapped here!", we have maintained our calm and rationality. We're off for a week of much-needed RnR (a budget camping hol in Armenia- a bit like you going to Wales, but beggars can't... and all that!) and then we'll be getting our new kitten (see below).
We went to the coast for four days at the beginning of August but forgot the camera, so the pics are all still waiting to be uploaded from our mobiles, sorry!
Update more when we're back in Georgia; early night tonight ready for the six hour minibus journey to Yerevan tomorrow morning...
